Do you service other makes and models or just Ford vehicles?

Yes, we offer service and maintenance for other makes and models of vehicles. While Kalispell Ford specializes in servicing Ford vehicles and has trained technicians with expertise in Ford vehicle specific systems, we also have the capability and equipment to work on other makes and models. We provide routine maintenance services like oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more for a wide range of makes and models.

Do I need an appointment for an oil change?

It is highly recommend to make an appointment for an oil change. However,  we can accomodate most walkins if your vehicle is dropped off in the morning and left for the day.

Are you open on weekends?

Our Service Department at Kalispell Ford is open Saturday from 7:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on Sunday but you can drop your vehicle off anytime outside of our normal business hours through our dropbox location.

How often should I change my oil?

1. Vehicle Maintenance. When you schedule and complete service appointments at Kalispell Ford, you can earn points based on the amount spent on eligible services and parts.
2. Purchasing or Leasing a New Vehicle. Buying or leasing a new Ford vehicle can earn you a significant number of FordPass Points.

Do you have loaner vehicles for Service customers?

We do not offer loaner vehicles. However we have a free Shuttle service anywhere within a 15 mile radius of Kalispell Ford. Furthermore, if your vehicle is getting extended repairs done you can take advantage of our affordable rental program.

What if I can’t make it in during business hours?

Our Service team is happy to pick up your vehicle and drop it back off for any scheduled maintenance, all at no cost to you! Although it is a free service, you must be within a 10 mile radius of Kalispell Ford. In addition to our pick up and drop off service you can also drop your vehicle off after hours through our dropbox. To explain simply park on the West side of Kalispell Ford. Next fill out a envelope from our dropbox and place your keys inside. Then one of our friendly Service Advisors will call you to confirm the following morning. Simple, safe and secure!

Can I stop by any time for a maintenance check?

You can stop by Kalispell Ford anytime without an appointment to have your tire pressure checked, washer fluid topped off, battery checked, or your oil level checked.
